"Alright guys I just need to share what happened to me today and I am tripping out,this is the first time ever that I had a Doctor appointment right after my yoga class and I started doing yoga a couple months ago, my daughter teaches and she just kept telling me how I needed it and how wonderful it was, I had 5 by- passes 11 years ago and my blood pressure's been high ever since and of course I'm on meds for that ,well I get to the Doctor directly from yoga class my blood pressure for the first time ever in 11 years was 124 over 68 and I tell my Doctor well I just left yoga well he's from India and he said we invented yoga And proceeded to tell me all the health benefits exactly the same as my daughter the yoga teacher had been telling me but today I actually saw the results!!! granted my Blood Pressure if I'm a little upset is usually 190 over 110 and that's not having a calm day it's about 155 over 90 if Im calm so I'm telling you there's something to this Yoga I!!!! I recommend it for everyone!!! Thank you daughter of mine/yoga instructer for getting your mama to Yoga on Thursdays at Yoga On The Square :):):) "
